Return & Refund Policy – Lightnloom

At Lightnloom, we care about your satisfaction and want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Products that are damaged due to customer misuse will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items are non-returnable.

  • Personal care, hygiene-related, or customized items cannot be returned.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product for size, color, or style, you may request an exchange within the 7-day return period.

  • Exchange depends on product availability.

5. Damaged or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately with pictures, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
